Support Logstash configuration conversion for OpenSearch Logstash output

The OpenSearch Logstash output plugin is a new Logstash output plugin. The Data Prepper Logstash configuration converter supports elasticsearch and amazon_es Logstash output plugins already. It should also support the OpenSearch Logstash output plugin.

Add support for converting from the opensearch Logstash output plugin.

The details of the plugin are documented in Ship events to OpenSearch.

Data Prepper should be able to convert a configuration from the upcoming logstash-output-opensearch version 1.2.0. The release notes are available for all the features: https://github.com/opensearch-project/logstash-output-opensearch/blob/main/release-notes/logstash-output-opensearch.release-notes-1.2.0.md

In particular, Data Prepper should convert the new IAM authentication.

The Data Prepper insecure flag will need to be the negation of the OpenSearch Logstash plugin's ssl_certificate_verification field.
