[BUG] Missing .i18nrc.json when generating the zip file and installing it on an opensearch dashboard docker container #30

What is the bug?
.i18nrc.json not found after installing the zip file generated with commands described in documentation.

How can one reproduce the bug?
I have created this build command in package.json to generate the zip file :

../../scripts/use_node ../../scripts/plugin_helpers build --opensearch-dashboards-version=2.10.0

What is the expected behavior?
/bin/opensearch-dashboards-plugin install file:i18nDashboards-2.10.0.zip should install all the necessary files

What is your host/environment?

Official docker image : opensearchproject/opensearch-dashboards:2.10.0
Version 2.10.0 of opensearch dashboard
