Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Replace the system property name tests.rest.blacklist that used for skipping some of the YAML-based REST tests in gradle task.

A part of issue #1483

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Replace the system property name tests.rest.blacklist with tests.rest.denylist, in OpenSearchClientYamlSuiteTestCase class
  • Update the documentation, such as TESTING.md

none.
