From the latest decision, we will have a all use case as a kitchen sink of all the features, whose UX looks like

All a new default use case named: all, benefits for this solution are that:

1. There will be no hard code for such special use case for plugins.
2. In some corner cases that there is no relevant frontend plugins installed, the use case can just disappear from the all use case navigation.
