[Vis-Builder] Enable Selected Fields to be dragged across Axis

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently Once we have dragged a field from the fields pane on to the Vis Builder Axis, The field remains anchored to the given axis unless removed. The ask is to enable the already selected field to be dragged across to other Axis , this helps to remove an additional step of removing the field and redragging the field from the left pane on the new axis in the current flow.

This enhancement should allow us to support the following use cases

• Users can drag a new field from left panel and drop it over an existing field (replacing the existing field)
• User can move a selected field from one axis to an empty axis
• User can move a selected field from one axis to another axis replacing an existing field.
