[BUG] Data Source Connection Validation Fails on OpenSearchServlerless Even When Response is 200 OK But With An Empty Response Body #6396

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Dashboards Management' > 'Data Sources'
  2. Create a data source connecting OpenSearchServerless collections where there is no indices.
  3. Click on 'Test connection'
  4. See error in browser 'Inspect' > 'Network'

Expected behavior
Data source connects OpenSearchServerless collections successfully.

2.13

@cliu123 @seraphjiang We are not planning to release 2.13.1 at this time. You can merge the bug fix in 2.13 release branch and it will be included in 2.13.1 if we end up releasing it.

@cliu123 Looks like attached PRs have been merged, and the backport is merged as well, are we good to close this issue?
