[PROPOSAL] Fork types

The client was forked and updated to deprecate the non-inclusive methods but the types package does not have the updated APIs so right now there is TypeScript error when trying to update to match the client.

Describe the solution you'd like

Fork the types package and then update the new inclusive methods.
