Decide whether/how to show authors

There's currently an "author" column on the table on the homepage, but it doesn't contain authors! Instead it shows the organsation that owns the action's repo. Given that all repos come from the opensafely-actions organisation, this is redundant.

We can get author information from git, but it's unclear to me what we would do with an action whose repo has multiple authors.
