@TahoeWang OpenRCA is tightly coupled with the Kubernetes environment. It inspects Kubernetes resources to construct a dependency graph needed for root cause analysis. At the moment, one cannot benefit from deploying OpenRCA outside the Kubernetes cluster.

I recommend starting with a kind cluster as a runtime environment and Prometheus as a telemetry source. You can find basic configuration for Prometheus and other components in Helm examples.
