OpenCV.loadLocally() init error

The Windows system runs properly, but centos7 runs abnormally. The error message is as follows

I had the same problem before, you just need to download and install original opencv release from https://opencv.org/releases/ or build one yourself from https://github.com/opencv/opencv/releases first, make sure the version is the same as the one you use in your java application(4.7.0 in your case).

There are a few points to note:

• Change OpenCV.loadLocally() to OpenCV.loadShared()
• Ensure that all dependent packages exist on CentOS

Can someone point to a tutorial on how this is done. I am having this problem on my mac, and the only release I can see is for IOS
