PET2BIDS is an open source and open development project focusing on the curation brain PET data using the Brain Imaging Data Structure standard.
It is required that all contributions adhere to our Code of Conduct.
How do you know that you joined? well, you're here and you likely used PET2BIDS and started doing something beyond just using and want to push, add you bug fixes / code / documentation / examples .. or have your own extension - Welcome! you are now part of the project.
There are many ways you can contribute to the project without having to write a single line of code!
- editing and updating the help/documentation is a fantastic contribution.
- making any tutorials, examples available is great too
Obviously, there is always work to do to make code better :-)
We are happy to have contributors fixing and improving the code or submitting new code. Note that for now we have Matlab and Python, but ahappy to support any other relevant language.
We welcome and recognize all contributions from documentation to testing to code development. Contributors are listed here and when possible, we'd like to associate you to future publication.
