Refresh should reload web frames

When clicking on the refresh icon up-right it would be nice if web frames are reloaded too.

For example, if I click on some links inside the frame, it will navigate somewhere, but I can not go back. Refresh icon should do it just like pressing F5... but I do not have that option on a tablet

It works for some like a Grafana web frame, but not for Icinga. If I right click in Chrome then reload frame it is reloaded properly

OK, I found the problem. It works only on the frames that have a definition for refresh time. If this is not defined the frame will not be refreshed. I think it should work for all.
