[ideAlarm] Hardcoded item names in zones

The following five items is hardcoded to have these names ('x' indicates zonenumber):
Zx_Entry_Timer, Zx_Exit_Timer, Zx_Nag_Timer, Zx_Alert_Max_Timer
Z{}_Open_Sections

Instead of harcoding the names, they should be implemented as times (the four of them), and the last should be optional and configurable.
