GoDirectory: link owner search page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
GoDirectory allows link owners to search for the ownership of other gogovsg shortlinks. This is a branch off from the current GoSearch feature. While GoSearch will be currently developed into a WOG search.

Describe the solution you'd like

Changes to existing design:

• Remove description from drawer Swap link description and link analytics positions on drawer #673
• Remove description field from create link modal Remove link description modal from link creation steps #671
• Add icon to show if a link is active or inactive
• Replacing “for enquiries:” to user icon
• Change link name (without go.gov.sg/) to match the one in admin dashboard
• Include email of link owner when fetching results
• Include all active/inactive links
• Remove mailto option in the results

Access:

• GoDirectory will only be available to users who've logged in.

Search behaviour:

• When key in multiple emails - all results should be shown

Other considerations

• When user create a taken link, show in the error message (lead them to directory)
• Acquisition channel (how to lead users to the page)
