Ex : Mining code, water law ...
We are not speaking about licence here (like exploitation licence)

Question : is this a new UseCase: 'my borehole-my legal obligation' ? => providing key parameters of the Borehole (depth, location, purpose...) identifying which legal constraints must be fulfilled
