Hi,
as discussed in the meeting, the radar reports contacts relative to its position. Usually this is done using range, azimuth, and altitude (with azimuth and altitude being measured in degrees).
Due to limitations in bandwidth, I am also looking at relative geopose with respect to an identifier. The reason is underwater comms are really really low bandwidth. Now this can be handled outside of the standard as an extension in our STANAG work.
