Objectif :

Pour le projet du Fablab Mobile Brussels nous nous occupons des Fabvélos et leur modules. En ce moment on parle de 3 imrimantes 3D (Fabrikator), 1 graveuse laser, 11 laptop et bien sûr le vélo cargo. De l'aide est bienvenu, pour la maintenance et aussi sur augmenter le user-friendlyness.
Pour ce job ci la quête est précis, un des fabrikator a besoin de maintenance. On aimerait bien travailler en mentorship, où Nico apprend au personnes qui veulent obtenir le badge 3D. Milena fera le job et j'invite à me joindre pour apprendre.

Printer 3,

Cleaned and on the run.

Todo:

• check and validate if operation is in order.
• Bed calibrated via mattercontrol
• lauch from auto00.g, working fine, calib confirmed.
• Add number, stickers OF, sticker Innoviris
• Drill access to bearing screws on Z
• Secure screws with "freinFillet"

Printer 2

• heated bed, unglued, cleaned and taped in blue.
• cleaned
• extruder support replaced with flex compatible and more confortable,

• bed calibrated with mattercontrol
• settings in mattercontrol seems bugy, too fast, extruder skip step, extruder gear slip.
• extruder gear replaced with new. Better grip.
• test with better setting in matercontrol. Should be updated on all PC through online account fabmob.
• Add number, stickers OF, sticker Innoviris
• lauch from auto00.g, working fine, calib confirmed.
• Drill access to bearing screws on Z
• Replace Znut holder.
• Secure screws with "freinFillet"

Printer 1

• heated bed, unglued, cleaned and taped in blue.
• cleaned
• Add number, stickers OF, sticker Innoviris
• Extruder temp probe dead. To change.
• extruder support replaced with flex compatible and more confortable,

Since the extruder need a new temp probe, I would like to upgrade this one with E3D V6 hotend for better performance.
