Scope

Currently PerformanceAnalyzerIT will pass even if RCA does not properly start up for some reason. We noticed this when a recent commit caused issues with RCAScheduler startup, but the commit received a passing check from Github Actions.

Acceptance Criteria

Add a test method that verifies that the RCA endpoint can be queried.
