New modification system

Just thought it better to give a bit of foresight for the new modification system before it ends up with a lot of duplicate vQmod scripts. Moving the position attribute from the search to the add tag may make sense but will mean that EVERY single vQmod will have to be rewritten just because of that, and it could be pulled so easily from the search tag (just editing the 'add' to 'search' without affecting any performance whatsoever

this will not be the same as vqmod it will be its own version. vqmod uses single line searches. this version does not.

some people won;t be happy but it won;t be hard to update.
