Rename model to identifier in product table

I suggest to rename field 'model' to 'identifier' in product table. Being more general, universal and conventional it will be less confusing for people and fit better for different product types. Sure we could also just change the text label in language file. But as Opencart is well known for its high quality codebase I think such a change will help us to keep this high standard.
