Strange performance problem on MacBook Air M1

Hello.
I run Python script with Whisper transcript manualy and as cron job.
When I run it manualy it took 2:46 (2 minutes 46 seconds)
Cron job took 10 minutes.
May be cron use less resources than terminal? I don't know.
How to explain this?
Is it possible to speed up cron job?
