Translator publish script should auto-include referenced schemas #7

Currently you have to manually edit the generated package.json before publishing, to add references to "oic.core", "pic.baseresource", and any other $ref included schemas. The pack-translator.js script in the CLI repo should include those referenced schemas automatically.

@chuckferring has fixed this, pack-translator is magical.
