True correlation between trace,logs and metrics

True correlation between trace,logs and metrics

Describe the bug
Unable to correlate with the same tarceid/span id between a trace,log and metrics

Expected behavior
Please give a working example or show me a link where i can get true correlation between 3 pillars of observability

in .NET this feature is unavailable, just want to know whether python supports it

We are basically just missing #2407. You should be able to correlate logs today without an issue. Maybe @jeremydvoss can comment on that

@aabmass I understand still #2407 is an open issue and not yet fixed. Please confirm

As for logging correlation with tracing, this happens automatically as part of the LoggingHandler. You can find an example of that here.

Will be closing this issue for now.
