Describe the bug
We are trying out the new v1.1.0 auto instrumentation after using the v1.0.1 and it is throwing this exception

io.reactivex.exceptions.UndeliverableException: The exception could not be delivered to the consumer because it has already canceled/disposed the flow or the exception has nowhere to go to begin with. Steps to reproduce
Using v1.1.0 vs v1.0.1 agent

What did you expect to see?
No exception

What did you see instead?
An exception

What version are you using?
v1.1.0

Environment
Compiler: alpine-adoptopenjdk-jre:11
OS: alpine-adoptopenjdk-jre:11

Additional context
I'm not much of a Java developer so probably can't help too much here with debugging
