The ClusterRole for the otel-operator service account differs from the one provided in the otel-operator repo since the last release (0.82.0). In the helm chart the serviceMonitor permissions are missing which means it is impossible to use the new observability-feature open-telemetry/opentelemetry-operator#1874.
