Describe the issue you're reporting

The OpenSearch exporter is, currently, in development. Looking to move to Alpha, some code reviews need to be addressed:

  • Refactor the bulk indexer structure into a single class or interface;
  • Make resource attributes able to deal with non-string values;
  • Investigate whether the exporter needs to mutate data;
  • Move the bulk indexer to an internal package;
  • Move the encoder to an internal package;
