FYI we have https://packagist.org/packages/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-logger-monolog - a logging bridge for the popular monolog logging library for PHP. I think that probably covers the "one logging bridge" aspect, but wouldn't want to discourage anybody from creating a bridge for other logging libraries.

That's definitely covering the main goal, and therefore, I'm closing but we can certainly help in getting more people to implement other bridges.
