You only list one single PR in your request and no issues or other discussions.

@arminru this person is part of an effort by Instana to upstream an instrumentation to the nodejs contrib repo. We use a bot to automatically request reviews from component owners. The bot requires the user to be a member in order to be able to request a review from them when a PR is opened against their component.
