Need to remove man pages for deprecated functions from the website docs, etc.

You mean the removed functions, right? (not the deprecated functions)

We actually should amend all the removed man pages to say "This function has been removed... yadda yadda yadda" in the ompi/mpi/man/man3 directory. Those are the sources for the man pages that show up on the web site.

I.e., we might not want to actually remove these man pages yet -- just put the loud warnings in them.

(oops; can't believe we forgot to amend the man pages when cleaning up all the other references to these removed functions 😲)
