支持左右手分类预测

Support left/right hand classification:

1. modify mmpose/datasets/datasets/hand/coco_wholebody_hand_dataset.py and mmpose/datasets/transforms/common_transforms.py to add hand_type represent left/right
2. refer to vis_head.py](https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmpose/blob/main/mmpose/models/heads/hybrid_heads/vis_head.py)) to define a head wrapper to support hand_type prediction
3. train the model and test
4. add unit test

在 MMPose 中支持对手部图像进行左右手分类预测:

1. 修改 mmpose/datasets/datasets/hand/coco_wholebody_hand_dataset.py 数据集定义与 mmpose/datasets/transforms/common_transforms.py 中的 GenerateTarget ，增加 hand_type 属性代表左右手
2. 参考 vis_head.py](https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmpose/blob/main/mmpose/models/heads/hybrid_heads/vis_head.py)) 定义一个支持左右手属性预测的head wrapper，可以在进行关键点定位的同时预测左右手属性
3. 训练模型并测试
4. 补全单元测试
