This service needs a README describing how to build, publish, and use this example.

Additionally (though not immediately important), if this service is design to be "plug and play," it would be cool to see an example of how a separate service could list this one as a dependency (or possibly just have it running through policy alongside another service) then make use of this detectron2 service.
