User Story

As a developer or end user of the OCM project, I want clear and comprehensive documentation for OCM Controllers, including examples and tutorials, so that I can easily deploy and use the controllers in various scenarios. The documentation should provide step-by-step instructions, code snippets, and configuration samples to guide me through the process.

Epic links:

Definition of Done:

  • Documentation for OCM Controllers is available in the project repository.
  • The documentation includes clear and concise instructions for deploying and using OCM Controllers.
  • Examples and tutorials cover various use cases and scenarios.
  • Code snippets and configuration samples are provided for practical implementation guidance.
  • The documentation has been reviewed, refined, and validated for accuracy.
  • User feedback has been incorporated, and further improvements have been addressed.

Tasks:

  1. Research existing OCM Controllers' documentation and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  2. Create a set of example use cases and scenarios where OCM Controllers can be employed.
  3. Develop step-by-step instructions for deploying and using OCM Controllers in the identified use cases.
  4. Include code snippets and configuration samples in the documentation to demonstrate the necessary implementation details.
  5. Review and refine the documentation to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.
  6. Test the provided instructions, examples, and tutorials to validate their accuracy and completeness.
  7. Incorporate user feedback and iterate on the documentation to address any further improvements.

Is this only for ocm-controller or for all controllers? And if for all controllers, is this perhaps covered by open-component-model/ocm-project#87?
