Describe the enhancement
We should enhance the project's documentation, specifically regarding the descriptions and usage examples of some of our APIs.

We have some well written docs on our website for instance: https://open-cluster-management.io/concepts/placement/
Perhaps we should consider reorganizing the website to facilitate easier navigation for the user as well.
