Score estimator gives fractional points on finished games

Describe the bug
The score estimator tool keeps showing estimates that don't align with komi even if the game is finished.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Tools -> Demo Board.
2. Play a game to the end.
3. Use Estimate score.
4. The tool shows a score that isn't exactly the true final score.

Expected behavior
The tool would be smart enough to recognize a terminated game and use a scoring algorithm instead of an estimator. The unaligned estimate is not wrong per se, but it's annoying to read compared to a clean half point score.
