Summary

FlowStorageFees has a bug that in some edge cases produces a different error (underflow) than is expected by the user (storage capacity of the payer to low).

This has been fixed here.

The fix is non breaking, so this can go out at any point, but we should try to get it out sooner rather then later.

Upgrade

FlowStorageFees(0xe467b9dd11fa00df; service account) need to be upgraded to version onflow/flow-core-contracts@732f378

The diff is: canary.diff.txt
