[FEATURE] Remove wallet options in Wallet Connect modal

Issue to be solved

In the FCL Wallet Connect plugin, when the Wallet Connect modal is rendered, it includes the ability to select a wallet provider. This is confusing for users, as by the time the Wallet Connect modal is rendered they've already chosen a wallet provider in FCL Discovery.

Suggest A Solution

The FCL Wallet Connect plugin must be configured to remove the option to select a wallet provider.
