Scrolling tab bar with mouse wheel wonky again with Firefox 134.0

With the checkbox at "use smooth scrolling" active, it's too smooth, slower as it was before the browser update.
Like a fresh barrel of melasses on the trousers.

Without smooth scrolling it's unusable, btw. The jump-to is unpredictable and just confusing.

Use smooth scrolling is an option in the firefox settings. I don't see that option in the tab mix plus settings.
