Feature Request: Tabs start as max width on new row #372

Requesting an alternate tab size mode for multi-row tabs, where tabs on a new row start out as max width, and then shrink as the row fills up! Behavior would be similar to the archived Quantum Nox multi-row tabs: https://github.com/Izheil/Quantum-Nox-Firefox-Dark-Full-Theme/tree/master/Multirow%20and%20other%20functions
