Remove inactive players

When one of the players faces connectivity issues, there's no way to remove the player and proceed with the game and the whole game has to be abandoned. The feature to remove inactive players will make this awesome app even better.

The overall plan here is that a player with connectivity issues shall re-load the game once those are solved. That re-connects him, allowing the game co continue.
