Text not translating into Arabic

During QA it was observed that there are a few instances where text is not being translated into Arabic. See the list below.

1. Edit button in the Users List page
2. Export in JSON button in the Center and Station List
3. Edit and Delete in the Form List page
4. Disable and Export in JSON buttons in the Candidate List page
5. Region Constituencies and Submit buttons in the Regions Summary Report page
6. Region Constituencies Progressive Report, Region votes per candidate, Submit buttons in the Regions Progressive Report page
7. Intake on the intake_clerk and Intake Supervisor pages
8. Downloads in the Clearance List page
9. Create Clearance in the Clearance clerk page
10. Data Entry 1 in the Data Entry 1 Clerk page
11. Labels for Center Details in the Data Entry 1 and Data Entry 2 pages
12. Corrections in the Corrections Clerk page
13. Quality Control & Archiving in the Quality Control Clerk and Supervisor entry pages. This is before submitting the barcode
14. Downloads in the Audit List page for both Audit Clerk and Supervisor
