[Bug Report]: Add an asterisks to all required fields on forms

How to replicate

The following forms do not have asterisks to denote the required fields.

• Create/edit products on the product catalog
• Add/edit inventory at a service point
• Closing a flag.

Add the asterisks to sow required fields.

Acceptance criteria

• All required fields on Add products form have asterisks.
• All required fields on the Add inventory form have asterisks.
• All required fields on the Close flags form have asterisks.
