We should start thinking about the upgrade to Web3.py v4.

Impacted files:

This is probably a good time to refactor deployer.py.

Some potential things to look out for:

  • Web3.py v4 is having some trouble detecting events with Ganache CLI link
  • The Contracts API has changed slightly link
