Current Behavior

We got 4 now

Expected Behavior

For the tx outputs, 5 so we can have easier atomic swap construction without making a pre-transaction to make the tx without consideration of "change" output:

  1. one for fee change
  2. one for token1 transfer
  3. one for token1 change
  4. one for token2 transfer
  5. one for token2 change
