When in emergency money raising, the message about the president contributing money looks something like this:

[player] may contribute Pt[amount] for [corporation] to afford a train from the Depot.
[player] has Pt[amount] in cash.

The amount of money shown as being possible contribute is the amount needed to afford the cheapest train from the depot. It is allowed for the president to contribute more money to buy a more expensive train, so the message should indicate this.
