"Add every X" like Kdenlive

Kdenlive has an option to add multiple markers in one shot—spaced evenly apart.

This is useful because I record long form video (~4 hours) but need to cut them down to 30 minute episodes. Its handy to be able to drop a marker 30 minutes from the play head (no head math needed) to find where I need to start looking for a good cut point.
