Download the Installer.
Attention: Because of a known issue Installer can't handle FP/AIR 25.0 on Windows.
Choose "Apache FlexJS 0.8.0" as "Selected Flex version". Make sure to select Adobe Air 23 on Windows.
Right click on drop down list and choose "Show Dev builds", then choose "Apache FlexJS Nightly" as "Selected Flex version". Make sure to select Adobe Air 23 on Windows.
