Setup Unique IDs to Track User Flow #217

This request is more of a discussion, but the example is to be able to track a user who engages with our Publisher Bubble Chart on the homepage. If the user clicks on "See All Publishers ->" I'd like to append an identifier string to make this specific action traceable via Google Analytics.

I'm starting to go through the site, and the one mentioned above is just 1 example. Eventually I'd like to setup many of these.

If there's a best practice for this, I'm interested in learning more on how work together to implement it.
