• Geodata.
• best people to help with licensing topics are wikimedia people
• pushing the public data act (what's with that?)
• e-Gov academy proposing opening up election data
• NGOs like Internet Society Estonia, Wikimedia Estonia, Estonian Free and Open-Source Software Association etc would probably have something to say on this charter but probably don't find enough initiative by themselves. I'd suggest going to them and organizing together a discussion on this charter.
• membership fee: perhaps different levels of contribution from "gold members" to student members.
• Open Data Day happens in March - we could use this for get-together, but also we should plan for this beforehand,so perhaps have next meeting before that? Possible topic: informing local municipalities about open data (this is hot topic because of merging municipalities).
