installation openshift-install stuck/hang on AWS #1

i'm going to install Openshift OCP on EC2 Instance using Bastion, when I start the installation with command "openshift-install create cluster --dir --log-level=debug", just stuck like this and there is no continuation:

i choose the install-config.yaml from this link https://docs.okd.io/4.13/installing/installing_aws/installing-aws-private.html#installation-aws-config-yaml_installing-aws-private.
Is there anything missing before starting the installation on EC2? Please Help Me.

that doesn't look like OKD installer. Please check that you used the installer from Releases page or extracted installer from the OKD payload

whats wrong with my bastion? is there anything missing from the prereqition in aws? I already allow ec2 permission, inject iam role account in bastion, and private domain already set on route53. please help me @vrutkovs .
