git completion dogfood issues #317

git mv f has noticeably more latency than mv f, which is using OSH's builtin completion
it's easy to type past the end of the screen, and OSH doesn't wrap (issue Detect when the user types past the last column in the terminal #257 ). If you hit \ to wrap yourself (a decent if not ideal workaround), then
- it doesn't clear the screen
- it doesn't complete. Is this git-completion specific? TODO: look at the argv sent.

First one is addressed by making it native binary.
